For SIBS and its participating companies (Sveaviken Bostad, MOKO, SIBS Malaysia, Frontlog and MOBY), an open-minded atmosphere and high business ethics are important. We therefore hope and believe that any misconduct will be reported to any manager within the organisation.
If you have experienced or are aware of any serious irregularities or misconducts within SIBS, or participating companies, and wish to report this anonymously, you are welcome to use our whistleblower service. Through the whistleblower service, you are guaranteed to be anonymous.
The whistleblower service is intended to primarily handle the following types of cases:
- Criminal activity such as bribery, forgery, and environmental crime
- Corruption
- Serious deficiencies in the work environment
- Serious forms of discrimination and harassment
- Serious deviations from our code of conduct
How does it work?
Step 1 - Report
Report via the link or by scanning the QR code below. You are completely anonymous.
Step 2 - Processing
Your application is handled by an independent lawyer. If you have chosen to provide an email address, you will receive a confirmation that your report has been received and can be contacted for additional information.
Step 3 - Investigation
If an initial assessment shows that there are suspicions of serious irregularities or misconduct, an investigation is initiated. When the investigation is completed, it is handed over together with the conclusions to the relevant organisation that can take action.
Step 4 - Conclusions and feedback
Within three months, the independent lawyer will give you feedback on how the case was handled.

Visselblåsartjänsten är tänkt att i första hand hantera följande typer av ärenden:
- Brottslig aktivitet så som till exempel mutor, förfalskning och miljöbrott
- Korruption
- Allvarliga brister i arbetsmiljö
- Allvarliga former av diskriminering och trakasserier
- Allvarliga avsteg från vår uppförandekod
Hur går det till?
Steg 1 - Rapportera

Steg 2 - Handläggning
Din anmälan hanteras av en oberoende jurist. Om du valt att lämna en epostadress får du en bekräftelse på att din rapport är mottagen och kan bli kontaktad för kompletterande uppgifter.
Steg 3 - Utredning
Om en inlednande bedömning visar att det finns misstankar om allvarliga oegentligheter eller missförhållanden inleds en utredning. När utredningen är färdig lämnas den över tillsammans med slutsatserna till berörd organisation som kan vidta åtgärder.
Steg 4 - Slutsatser och återkoppling
Inom tre månader ger den oberoende juristen dig återkoppling om hur ärendet hanterats.
