In Prästgården, there are 36 apartments with 1-3 rooms and a kitchen. The apartments are spacious, feature beautiful and durable materials, and are fully equipped with today’s smart technology. The building has been designed to seamlessly blend into the intersection between the residential area and Vallentuna center. The roofs have similar slopes and designs as the surrounding buildings, and the facade is made of light-colored brick.

From the entrance, you step directly into the communal entrance lounge, which offers shared spaces for studying, a library, a bicycle workshop, and events.

The apartments are centrally located in Vallentuna, with the Roslagsbanan providing a direct link to KTH and the University, only about 350 meters away from the building.
