Under this agreement, the ambition is to deliver up to 2,000 housing units (HUs) annually, reinforcing SIBS position as a trusted partner in sustainable and scalable housing.
This long-term partnership marks a significant step forward in addressing the growing demand for high-quality, flexible, and efficient housing across urban and regional areas in the region. SIBS’ advanced modular technology enables the rapid production and deployment of HUs, offering a streamlined solution to both urban infill challenges and the increasing need for affordable, sustainable housing alternatives.

The units are designed to serve a range of applications, from rental housing and multi-generational living to workforce and student accommodations.
This partnership underscores a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability and is expected to positively impact SIBS revenues towards the end of the year.
