SIBS AB (Publ) is proud to announce its second order in the United Kingdom. SIBS has signed a supply agreement with Donard Real Estate to supply modules for the construction of a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project in Edinburgh, Scotland. The project consists of 134 student housing units and is targeted to be delivered during 2026. This milestone marks another significant step in SIBS’ continued expansion in the UK and strengthens the company’s position within the fastgrowing student housing segment.

The UK faces a severe housing shortage, and the current pace of construction is insufficient to meet government commitments. This has created strong momentum to accelerate delivery, with developers, financiers, contractors, and architects actively seeking scalable and reliable solutions. SIBS’ advanced modular building system offers exactly that: high quality, sustainability, and efficiency.

The Edinburgh project will deliver modern, sustainable student housing designed to meet the growing demand from universities and students. Production is scheduled to begin once statutory approvals are obtained, in compliance with UK regulations, expected in Q2.
