SIBS AB (publ) (the "Company") today announces the successful completion of the written procedure that was initiated 14 May 2025 (the "Written Procedure") in relation to the Company's outstanding SEK 1,000,000,000 senior bonds with ISIN SE0023112487 (the "Bonds"), regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (as specified in the notice to the Written Procedure) (the "Proposal").

 

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the Written Procedure in order to form a quorum, and a requisite majority of the bondholders voted in favour to approve the Proposal.

 

The amendments will become effective when (i) the Company and the agent enter into an amendment and restatement agreement, amending and restating the terms and conditions of the Bonds substantially in the form set out in schedule 3 of the notice to the Written Procedure and (ii) the Company satisfies the conditions precedent set out in paragraph 3 (Conditions precedent for effectiveness) in the notice to the Written Procedure.
