SIBS AB (publ) today announces that Johan Dufvenmark has decided to leave his position as CFO to pursue new opportunities outside the Group. Boon Chien Lee (“BC”), currently CFO of SIBS Malaysia, will assume the role of interim CFO for SIBS Group. The transition ensures continuity in the Group's financial leadership as the business continues its growth journey.
