In the southern part of Nyköping’s city centre, we build homes with 1-5 rooms and a kitchen close to the city, the station, Nyköpingsån, the harbor area and Stadsfjärden. In the area, Sveaviken Bostad plans for two blocks with rental housing as well as rooms for businesses and services facing the streets.
The neighborhood will have a detailed architecture marked by Nyköping’s cultural history, both the picturesque in the city center and the industrial in the harbor, where large blocks are mixed with smaller terraced buildings and traditional rooftop landscapes.
