The City of Stockholm has decided to award Sveaviken Bostad a plot of land for approximately 250 residential units within the Rogaland project. The area runs along Hanstavägen in north-east Husby towards the border with Kista.
Hanstavägen will be transformed into an urban street that helps to connect the neighbourhoods and strengthen the identity of the place. In total, it is estimated that the area could be developed with around 750 dwellings. The project has been created in collaboration with architects Niklas Thormark and Emilie Dafgård of Krook & Tjäder.
